Why I Created the Be Well Now Method
Janet Lagerman Huehls is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, National Board Certified Health Coach, and Certified Mindful Movement Teacher with over 30 years of clinical experience.
Over the past thirty-plus years as a clinician, I've seen how traditional exercise often doesn't work for people in pain, stressed, or managing health conditions.
I created the Be Well Now Method to offer a path that works with your body and your brain, not against it.

I fill the exercise gap for people experiencing pain, stress, low motivation, and medical issues. I provide a simple, science-guided approach that meets you where you are and restores hope that you can feel better, right from the start.
My greatest joy is seeing clients having greater freedom to enjoy what they love with those they love.
I look forward to meeting you.

How This is Different
This method guides you to:
Move Without Pain — Guided by movement science and your own You Science, so exercise fits your body instead of fighting it.
Trust Your Body and Motivation Again — Restore the Root Mindsets you were born with, so you know what to do and how much is enough.
Build Strength, Stamina & Mobility — Gradually, through the same three-phase pathway that shapes the whole method: Be Well Now, Start Well, Grow Well.
Ease Stress, Not Add to It — Mindful movement that shifts you from a stress state to a well state, instead of draining you further.
Stay Motivated, even through the storms of life— Find your Core Why, so your motivation comes from within, not outside pressure.

Where to Start
There are two ways to begin, depending on where you are right now.
Find your Core Why — a free tool to uncover the one word that unleashes your self-motivation and clarify your Real Results that provide personalized guidance toward greater whole-person health.

Whole-person Coaching — guided, one-on-one support to put the method into practice in a six-month program where you start well and move on with confidence.
